We ran a few trips over the past few days and have been opting out of the slower bay bite (keeper fluke) to target some wreck fish. Clients are catching some fluke, but ling and sea bass to close to 20 inches got boxed in the cooler along with some surface triggerfish. We released several large porgies due to them being out of season.

A positive has been a slight increase in water temperatures which should hopefully translate to a better ocean fluke bite.

July and August are fully booked out, but some weekday afternoons (mainly Tuesday / Thursday) are available for September which fluke, triggerfish, and blowfish will be targeted.
