Extremely late on the report - I had a double trip over the past week. In the morning, I had return client Aaron E and buds on a shorter tog trip, but due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to play it close. The guys worked through 25 short tog to box 3 keepers to 6 pounds.

In the afternoon, I had return client Bob Dodds and his cousin Joe on a 4hr bay charter. We searched for backbay bass, but could only muster a few bites, a short striped bass and a nice blowfish. With an hour left and poor tide, we switched to tog - hit a small piece to release 22 short tog and boxed 2 keepers.

Definitely not our day, but at least we bent some rods. We are looking forward to fluke in the bay, and the sea bass opener and will be out.
