During the week I had Bob Dodds and his cousin Joe on a 3.5hr bay/inlet charter. We targeted tog first and the guys released over 40 fish including 15+ keepers. We kept our 3-fish limit to 17 inches. With about an hour left, we worked live baits to box a solid 29.5 inch striped bass.

Next I had Bruce Connor of Illinois for an 3.5hr bay/inlet charter. We had birds working and played catch and release with bluefish up to 10 pounds. They were hitting both the bucktail and topwater poppers. A quick switch to tautog and we released close to 50 of which close to 18 were keepers. We kept our 2-fish limit to 18 inches. We had about an hour to attempt for striped bass with live baits, but could only muster 3 bluefish as we didn’t have the tidal current we needed.

We have openings on Tuesdays and Thursdays for our afterwork special charters up to 3 anglers and these include crabs and 18 live spot. Bluefish, striped bass, and tautog are the main targets. Cost $440
